The General Manager

As we continued to grow the Owners/Doctors realized that the business was getting too big to properly manage in between seeing patients.

In 2007 it was determined that the business needed an individual to manage a number of different areas, including; Financial Analysis & Budgeting, Marketing & Advertising, Business Growth, Capital Acquisition, Human Resources, Policy & Procedure. The Team

We are only as good as the people that make up our team. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff strives to provide you with complete, professional, up-to-date vision care in a relaxed, caring, and friendly manner within a reasonable time frame. Our patients notice and appreciate the resulting difference in service and overall satisfaction. Good people are hard to find and when we find them we work hard to keep them, as a result many members of our team have been with us for many years. We like that, and so do our patients.

It takes a dedicated team to provide the best in vision care. In addition to the consultation with your doctor, you’ll encounter many others during your visit: 



Reception staff:
help you to schedule appointments, maintain your records, handle payments, and other related matters.

Optometric Technicians:
perform certain testing and diagnostic procedures under your doctor’s supervision or direction. 

Contact Lens Technicians assist you with information, contact lens selection, instruction, and after care for your contact lenses.

Opticians:
assist with your eyewear selection, fittings, adjustments, or repairs. 



Administrative Staff:
make sure you are notified of up-coming appointments, call you to book future appointments and help to keep your file and insurance records up-to-date. In short the back-office keeps the business running smoothly and efficiently.
